Encore seeks a Sr. Technical Lead to support mid-tier to larger general sessions, bridging technical leadership and specialist work. Reports to an Operations Manager and collaborates across event teams to ensure flawless setups and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes mentorship, advanced equipment handling, and on-site supervision in hotel/convention settings, with focus on safety and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Internal/external training and certifications may be required within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Operates and troubleshoots advanced audiovisual equipment during events.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains client relationships.
• Mentors and coaches technical and operations staff to develop skills.
• Supervises other technicians during events and ensures smooth operations.
• Maintains equipment security, storage, transport, and inventory.
