Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between technical lead and technical specialist, reporting to an Operations Manager.

The role focuses on small general sessions and assisting with larger sessions to ensure flawless execution of events. You will oversee equipment setup, operation, and breakdown, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security and safety while delivering world-class service to clients in a hotel/convention center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• External applicants must meet/validate and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse workforce and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains advanced audiovisual equipment during events.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and resolves problems quickly.
• Supervises technicians during events and provides mentorship to staff.
