Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Internal/external training requirements must be completed per Encore’s Learning Training Program.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse workforce and senior leadership.
