Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead for a hotel/convention center environment in Wyoming. The role bridges technical lead and specialist, reporting to an Operations Manager and coordinating with the team to deliver flawless events.

You will oversee setup, operation and breakdown of advanced AV equipment, supervise on-site technicians, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality across all engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years field experience required.
• 2-3 years customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Must meet all training/certification requirements within 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license required for positions operating company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots advanced AV equipment during events.
• Leads and directs technicians on-site to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintains equipment, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Collaborates with hotel teams to enhance guest experience.
