Job summary

Leap is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Manager to lead platform configurations, integrations, and technical implementations from requirements through go-live. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and client success, ensuring deployments are delivered on time and with high accuracy.

You will partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, data, and client success teams to translate requirements into seamless solutions, drive automation opportunities, and uphold

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical operations (healthcare/healthtech preferred).
• Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, API integrations, HIPAA & SOC 2, SSO, PHI encryption, SQL, and data ingestion.
• Experience with SFTP, eligibility data, claims data, prior authorizations, and healthcare integrations.
• Prior client-facing experience in technical account management or implementation (PMP desirable).
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding from scoping to go-live.
• Configure platform setups, SFTP connections, and eligibility/claims/prior auth files.
• QA configurations and file processes to ensure data integrity.
• Support client relaunches, expansions, and platform updates.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Build and maintain internal docs (PRDs, SOPs, playbooks).
