Brand USA, the nation's destination marketing organization, seeks a Senior Manager of Event Technology & Systems to own Cvent and CRM integrations, Wrike templates, and AI-driven workflows. You will lead on-site tech, collaborate with Marketing and IT, and drive data-driven event excellence across Travel Week and flagship events.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong writing, and hands-on experimentation with new tools to improve efficiency and attendee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event technology, or a closely related field with exposure to both marketing and operations.
• Hands-on Cvent administration: build a registration site, an email campaign, and a custom report.
• Proficiency with Wrike or similar PM platforms; able to build templates and automations.
• Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for writing, communications, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong written communication; clear, on-brand writing without excessive edits.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the full Cvent platform: registrations, event sites, mobile apps, sessions, communications, and reports.
• Integrate event data with Salesforce CRM; ensure clean data flow between registrations and records.
• Serve as Wrike administrator: templates, automations, boards, and project tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to organize knowledge, craft briefs, and streamline workflows.
• Evaluate new event tech and implement approved solutions; drive process improvements.
• Lead on-site tech support and coordinate with marketing, IT, and trade teams.
