Job summary

Willwork is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead contracted projects from sales through delivery and installation. You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth execution of events and seamless communication across teams.

The role requires five+ years in program management, experience with large contractors or suppliers, and strong organizational and logistical skills to drive successful outcomes for diverse events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five+ years in program management.
• Experience with a large general contractor or large specialty subcontractor/supplier in PM role.
• Excellent organizational skills; strong planning and logistics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
• Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets within constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and needs.
• Communicate plans across the organization and to the client; alert team to deviations.
• Manage event staff, vendors, labor, and contractors during events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and maintain records.
