Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead events from setup to breakdown, ensuring a flawless guest experience and repeat bookings. You will partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue, while coaching staff to uphold hospitality standards in high-volume environments.

The role requires coordinating event spaces, managing labor costs, and delivering post-event reports.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of event, hospitality, or operations leadership experience.
• Track record of executing events that drive repeat business and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing and developing event staff in high-volume settings.
• Financial acumen including event profitability, labor scheduling, cost control, and upsell strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute events from setup through breakdown, leading your team.
• Partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and grow event revenue.
• Train and develop event staff on hospitality standards and event flow.
• Ensure spaces, lanes, and attractions are guest-ready for each event.
• Manage event labor, track financial performance, and post-event reporting.
• Stay active during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
