Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager to orchestrate bespoke events at our centers. You’ll lead a team of event hosts, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure every detail meets clients’ expectations and leaves guests talking about the experience.

You are an organized, people-focused event professional with strong hospitality knowledge, capable of managing staffing, reporting, and adapting to weekend and holiday shifts to deliver memorable celebrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years as Banquet Captain.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database software preferred.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Host special events and lead a team of event hosts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless event experiences.
• Build personal connections with event contacts and exceed guest needs.
• Ensure event reporting is completed and guest feedback used to improve satisfaction.
• Forecast events using client database and schedule staff; discipline as required per HR policies.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
