Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee our bowling centers, arcades, and entertainment venues. You will lead a team of event hosts, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure flawless event execution.

You’ll be responsible for client relations, scheduling, and post-event reporting, with shifts including weekends and holidays. The role rewards hospitality excellence and offers a path for career growth in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Year+ of Management Experience.
• 2+ Years Banquet Captain.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry.
• Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Host events and lead the event host team, overseeing setup.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to deliver seamless events.
• Build strong client relationships and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage event reporting and use feedback to improve service.
• Forecast events and schedule staff; enforce HR policies.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
