Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and deliver memorable client experiences across our venues. You’ll report to the center General Manager and coordinate with Sales and Operations to orchestrate flawless events.

The role requires strong organizational and people skills, hospitality industry knowledge, and the ability to manage shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 Year+ of Management Experience.
• 2+ Years Banquet Captain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry beneficial.
• Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution.

Responsibilities

• Host events and manage your team of event hosts; oversee setup of appropriate areas.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create a seamless event experience; encourage repeat bookings.
• Build personal connections with clients and ensure guests’ needs are exceeded; promote guest-focused hosting.
• Ensure completion of event reports and use guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Forecast events and schedule staff; coach and discipline staff per HR guidelines.
• Be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
