Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead teams from setup to breakdown and own the guest experience for group events.

You will partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, train staff on hospitality standards, and ensure spaces are ready and staffed for each event. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of event, hospitality, or operations leadership experience.
• Proven record of driving repeat bookings and guest satisfaction.
• Experience developing event staff in high-volume settings.
• Strong financial awareness including labor and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Execute events from setup through breakdown and lead the team.
• Partner with Sales to upsell and grow event revenue.
• Train staff on hospitality standards and event flow.
• Ensure spaces are ready and staffed before each event.
• Manage labor, track performance, and report post-event results.
• Be active during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
