Lucky Strike Entertainment, a leading entertainment company, is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and ensure memorable client experiences across our venues. You will report to the General Manager and drive seamless event execution from setup to wrap-up.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of management, 2+ years as a banquet captain, and solid knowledge of F&B and hospitality. Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience
• 2+ years as Banquet Captain
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry
• Broad knowledge of/event planning and execution
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
• Knowledge of POS register systems

Responsibilities

• Host events; manage a team of event hosts; oversee setup of areas
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless event experiences
• Develop personal connections with clients; ensure guest needs are exceeded
• Ensure event reporting is completed and guest feedback is used to improve satisfaction
• Forecast events and schedule staff; counsel and discipline per HR policies
• Be available for varying shifts including weekends and holidays
