Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver's license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Follow security and safety measures and protect equipment from theft or damage.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other Technicians on Encore's Delivering World Class Service philosophy.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective on-site communication.
• Ensure guests' needs are met and equipment setup is working properly.
• Understand and follow Encore processes, complete paperwork accurately, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and upsell opportunities to increase revenue where appropriate.
• Work with Encore systems and applications as required.
