Job summary

Encore Global seeks an on-site Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in hospitality environments, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The role reports to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and requires strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in audiovisual tech and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage equipment, vendors, and invoices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and manage client relationships on site.
• Meet with guests to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Monitor events and communicate with guests throughout the day.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and follow Encore processes.
