Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to manage AV system setup and operation in a hospitality setting. The role leads technical services, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and seamless event execution on site.

The position requires 2–3+ years of AV experience and strong customer-service skills, with a valid driver’s license for potential vehicle operation. On-site work across hotel/convention centers is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for vehicle-operating roles.

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment accurately and timely.
