Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the setup, operation and breakdown of AV systems in hospitality environments. You will lead on-site teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with hotel staff to meet event needs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining security, coaching junior technicians, and driving revenue while managing invoices and data in Encore systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle Operation.
• Must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Lead on-site teams to deliver world-class service for events.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and clients to ensure needs are met.
