Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to set up and operate medium to large-scale audiovisual systems in hospitality venues. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and deliver world-class customer service on site.

The role requires 2-3+ years of AV experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for potential vehicle operation.
• Must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Additional DOT requirements may apply.
• Must lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly as they arise.
• Comply with all security and safety measures.
• Increases revenue by up-selling and maintaining client relationships on site.
• Coordinate with hotel/venue staff and other Encore team members.
