Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Technical Lead to oversee the setup and operation of audiovisual systems in hospitality environments. You will ensure customer satisfaction, lead on-site teams, and coordinate with hotel staff to validate equipment and service quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventing issues, and managing paperwork, with a focus on up-selling and ensuring a smooth guest experience during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required for roles that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other Technicians on Encore’s service philosophy.
• Interact with clients and hotel staff to ensure setup works and invoices are finalized.
