Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment for events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain security and safety of equipment and protect from theft or damage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Lead and coach other Technicians in Encore's service standards.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors on equipment and invoicing where needed.
