Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Technical Lead to manage set up, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in hospitality environments. You will troubleshoot issues, mentor Technicians, and ensure client satisfaction during events.

The role requires 2-3+ years of AV experience, hospitality background, and a valid driver’s license. You may work across hotel venues with irregular hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for roles that may operate company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly during events.
• Provide exceptional service and build strong client relationships on site.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other Technicians in Encore’s service philosophy.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and clients to ensure equipment works as intended and invoices are finalized.
