Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required for some roles.
• Internal/external training and certifications must be completed within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships on site.
• Mentor and coach other technicians on service standards.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and clients to ensure equipment works properly and invoices are finalized.
