Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain strong on-site client communication and hotel relationships.
