Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention center environment. You will lead on-site service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while coordinating with clients and hotel staff.

The role emphasizes mentoring other technicians, maintaining professional client relations, and accurate systems entry and paperwork within Encore processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other technicians.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure on-site satisfaction.
• Work with hotel/client to ensure equipment setup functions correctly and optimize invoicing where applicable.
