Job summary

Encore Global in Las Vegas is seeking a Technical Lead to set up and operate intermediate audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will lead on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment integrity throughout events.

Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, coordinating with hotel staff, and managing client relations while using Encore systems to finalize on-site tasks and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members operating Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training/certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training/certification requirements in current position.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Comply with all security and safety measures; protect equipment from theft or damage.
• Provide excellent service and build strong client relationships on site.
• Mentor and coach other technicians; communicate effectively with clients.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and clients; manage onsite relationships and invoicing.
• Follow company processes, complete paperwork accurately, and use Encore systems.
