Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in hotel and convention center environments. You will ensure client satisfaction, lead other technicians, and coordinate with clients to meet needs and maintain strong relationships.

The role requires 2–3+ years of AV experience, 2–3+ years in hospitality or customer service, and a valid driver’s license for vehicle-operating shifts. You’ll work within Encore’s team to deliver world-class service on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for roles that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Understand and follow company processes; complete paperwork accurately.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and interact with vendors as needed.
