Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to manage setup and operation of audiovisual systems in hospitality venues. You will lead on-site event tech support, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent service.

The role requires 2-3+ years in AV and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet training requirements within 60 days. Work is conducted at hotel/convention center sites with potential irregular hours.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must meet/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships on site.
• Document system usage and complete required paperwork and invoicing as needed.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure equipment is ready and functioning.
