Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in hospitality settings. You will ensure customer satisfaction and work under the supervision of the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.

Responsibilities include advancing equipment readiness, mentoring technicians, delivering outstanding service, and coordinating with hotel staff and clients to verify that setups run smoothly and invoices are accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for field work.
• Complete training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• DOT requirements may apply where applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of AV systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Customer Service: provide excellent service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Technical Ability: troubleshoot equipment and software; anticipate challenges.
