Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must review technical requirements in Connect/HR resources.
• A valid driver’s license is required for roles that may involve company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate AV equipment at events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Follow all security and safety procedures and protect equipment.
• Coordinate with hotel clients and staff to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate systems entries and paperwork; work with Encore systems.
