Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly
• Complies with all security and safety measures and protects equipment from theft/damage
• Provide excellent service and exceed client expectations
• Lead, mentor, and coach other technicians on Encore’s Delivering World Class Service philosophy
• Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day
• Understand and foster the hotel/client relationship
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and, as needed, use Encore systems
