Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Technical Lead to manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will troubleshoot issues, mentor technicians, and coordinate with hotel staff to meet client needs and ensure flawless event execution.

Qualified candidates have 2–3+ years in AV and 2–3+ years in hospitality or customer service, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience desired.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for roles that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on-site.
• Interact with hotel staff and vendors to coordinate equipment and billing; assist with invoicing as needed.
