Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in hospitality environments, ensuring customer satisfaction. The role reports to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and emphasizes leadership and proactive problem-solving on site.

You will coordinate with hotel staff and clients, troubleshoot equipment and software issues, and uphold Encore’s standards for world-class service across events and venues.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/train requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships on site.
• Follow company processes, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate with staff and vendors.
