Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee setup and operation of audiovisual systems in hospitality settings. You will troubleshoot, ensure flawless client satisfaction, and mentor junior technicians on Encore’s Delivering World Class Service philosophy.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment of varying sizes for hospitality events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Follow all security and safety measures and keep equipment secure when in use.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships on site.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other Technicians in Encore’s service philosophy.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and setup is functioning properly.
• Monitor events and check in with customers throughout the day.
