Job summary

Rivian in McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join our field sales team. You will manage the full customer relationship from lead to close, provide a personalized purchase journey, and educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email.

Qualifications

• Preferred 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible schedule to support nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at your location(s).
• Qualify Rivian customers and identify their needs for personalized experiences.
• Maintain and share in-depth product knowledge to guide customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support customers through order confirmation and follow-ups to drive conversion.
• Host and support retail activations and events to generate demand.
• Study customer feedback to identify pain points and improvements.
• Stay up to date on EV market trends to address objections.
• Share best practices with teammates and contribute to a learning culture.
• Perform keyholder duties and open/close location with adherence to procedures.
• Resolve escalations and communicate outcomes to relevant teams.
