Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields preferred.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles with commission-based models.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain best-in-class customer experience at Rivian locations.
• Qualify customers and tailor personalized experiences to drive conversion.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Assist with events, demos and retail activations to generate demand.
• Communicate trends and feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
