Job summary

ChargeTronix is a field-based, Southern California–centered organization seeking a senior field service technician to own uptime, mentor Tier I/II techs, and lead on-site customer interactions for DC fast chargers. You will commission sites, diagnose complex faults, and drive safety and quality across the territory.

Qualifications

5+ years of field service in electrical or electromechanical work, with 3+ years on EV charging gear.
Component-level repair experience on DC fast chargers and safety credentials.
California electrician certification or EVITP; strong on-site leadership.

Responsibilities

Own uptime for the territory and mentor Tier I/II technicians.
Diagnose and repair DC fast-charger faults at component level.
Commission new installations and sign off readiness to charge.
Provide on-site leadership and safety compliance.
