ChargeTronix is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician (Tier III) to own uptime across a Southern California territory. You will diagnose, repair, and commission DC fast chargers, mentor Tier I/II techs, and provide on-site leadership and customer liaison.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical field service, 2+ years with DC fast chargers, and strong diagnostic capability across PLC/CAN logs. Expect heavy travel and field leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical or electromechanical field service
• 2+ years on DC fast chargers (50 kW+)
• Experience reading PLC/CAN logs and diagnosing faults

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair DC fast-charger faults at component level
• Commission and test new installations and verify 480 V service
• Maintain test-vehicle fleet; run interoperability tests
• Own uptime metrics and mentor Tier I/II technicians
