Qualifications

• Solid understanding of OCCP as it relates to EV chargers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for field service operations.
• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and networking issues.
• Lead root cause investigations for recurring field failures.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies to improve charger uptime.
• Mentor and train Field Service Engineers on troubleshooting techniques.
