- Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for field service operations.
- Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and networking issues.
- Lead root cause investigations for recurring field failures.
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies to improve charger uptime.
- Mentor and train Field Service Engineers on troubleshooting techniques.
