Job summary

Chargetronix is seeking an EV Charger Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and repair DC EV chargers. You will assist customers and field technicians, review tickets, and ensure timely resolutions with clear guidance and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Travel for on-site support is expected periodically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related engineering field is preferred but not required.
• Experience with electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and root-cause analysis is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous technical support to customers via written and verbal communication.
• Diagnose issues remotely and guide field technicians through installation, configuration, and updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ticket records and create troubleshooting guides for common problems.
