HDR is seeking an EV Charging Infrastructure Design Lead/Manager to drive delivery of charging projects, including public, fleet, and workplace charging. The role emphasizes coordinating with engineers, sub-consultants, and clients, while mentoring staff and pursuing new opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license and a strong background in electrical design for infrastructure, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or registered.
• Experience in electrical design and EV infrastructure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead EV charging infrastructure design and delivery, including fleet and workplace charging.
• Prepare site designs, reports, and estimates while coordinating with sub-consultants and contractors.
• Use AutoCAD/Civil 3D to produce drawings and models; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead client communications, project updates, and mentorship of junior staff.
• Support pursuit of new projects and provide construction phase technical support.
