ChargeTronix designs and builds modular DC fast chargers intended for field service. The Senior (Tier III) technician owns uptime in the territory, mentors Tier I/II techs, commissions new sites, and communicates field data back to engineering.

This role requires independent work, safety judgment, and strong collaboration with customers. You will travel extensively, lead escalations, and sign off on site readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical or electromechanical field service, including 3+ years on EV charging equipment.
• At least 2 years on DC fast chargers (50 kW+) to support uptime.
• Experience training or leading other technicians, or writing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair DC fast-charger faults at the component level when appropriate.
• Commission new installations and run acceptance tests across multiple vehicle platforms and connectors.
• Own uptime, MTTR, and first-time-fix rate for sites in your territory; mentor junior technicians.
• Lead and sign off Tier I/II readiness; write SOPs and training materials for the service team.
• Maintain safety compliance per NFPA 70E and NEC requirements; hold stop-work authority.
• Document field reports and communicate issues proactively with the service manager.
