Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead multiple large-scale projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with priorities and best practices. The role emphasizes managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications, with mentorship responsibilities for junior project managers and teams.

The Sr. Project Manager will leverage both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, work with MS Project, Smartsheets and other tracking tools, and require a strong

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in enterprise projects
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required
• Core software applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint required
• Project tracking tools (MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets) required
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
