Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager, EPMO to join our team in the United States. The role drives large, multi‑project delivery across the enterprise, aligning with SLT and EPMO governance, managing scope, timeline, and budgets while delivering high‑quality projects with measurable benefits.

You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communications, mentor other PMs, and apply Waterfall and Agile practices to ensure timely, value‑driven results in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or healthcare-related experience.
• Professional certification in project management or Agile preferred.
• 5–7 years leading enterprise IT/data projects; more with certification.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Teams, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare industry familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies and governance oversight.
• Develop budgets, schedules, risk plans and change control documentation.
• Forecast spend and provide variance analysis to leadership.
• Document decisions and ensure stakeholder alignment across teams.
• Guide testing, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout delivery.
• Mentor other project managers and promote PM best practices.
