Job summary

Beazley is seeking a Claims Manager for Employment Practices Liability to oversee end-to-end EPL claims from first notice of loss through resolution. You will manage a diverse portfolio, assess severity and costs, and collaborate with brokers, insureds, and underwriting partners to determine the appropriate action.

You will maintain claims records, establish reserves, and develop strategies under Beazley’s standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ EPL claims management experience.
• College degree; J.D. preferred but not required.
• Adjuster license may be required within the first 90 days.
• Experience with EPL policy coverage and claims process.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of EPL claims.
• Handle claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Evaluate coverage and draft clear coverage position letters.
• Review and reserve claims per Beazley’s standards.
• Communicate with brokers, insureds and underwriting partners.
