Beazley, a specialist insurer, seeks a Claims Manager for Employment Practices Liability in Addison, TX. You will oversee end-to-end EPL claims, collaborating with brokers, insureds, underwriters, and third parties to assess coverage, manage reserves, and drive strategic claim outcomes.

Qualifications

• College degree; J.D. preferred but not required.
• Three or more years’ EPL claims management experience.
• Adjuster license(s) may be required within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of Employment Practices Liability claims.
• Handle claims from first notice of loss through resolution with brokers and insureds.
• Evaluate coverage and draft clear coverage position letters in line with Beazley’s standards.
• Maintain timely claims records and establish appropriate case reserves.
• Collaborate with Reinsurance, underwriters and clients to optimize outcomes.
