Beazley is seeking a Claims Manager for Employment Practices Liability within Group Claims. The role oversees end-to-end EPL claims, from first notice to resolution, balancing coverage interpretation, reserves, and strategy with brokers, insureds, and underwriting partners.

The incumbent will manage medium to high severity claims, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in Beazley’s claims function.

Qualifications

• College degree required; J.D. preferred but not mandatory.
• Three+ years independently managing EPL claims from notification to closure.

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of EPL claims.
• Handle claims from first notice of loss through resolution with brokers and insureds.
• Evaluate coverage, draft coverage letters, and communicate determinations.
