Beazley in Atlanta seeks a Claims Manager – Employment Practices Liability to oversee end-to-end EPL claims. You will proactively manage a diverse portfolio, assess coverage, draft determinations, and coordinate with brokers, insureds, and underwriters.

Qualifications

• College degree. JD preferred but not required.
• Three or more years’ EPL claims management experience.
• Adjuster licenses may be required within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of EPL claims.
• Handle claims from first notice to resolution with oversight of severity and cost.
• Evaluate policy coverage, draft coverage position letters, and communicate determinations.
• Maintain timely claims records and reserves per Beazley standards.
• Collaborate with brokers, insureds, underwriters, and third parties to optimize outcomes.
