Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of Employment Practices Liability claims.
• Handle claims from first notice of loss through resolution with appropriate involvement.
• Evaluate coverage, draft clear coverage position letters and communicate determinations.
• Manage medium to high severity claims including Category 2 with potential exposures.
• Maintain timely claims records, reserves and documentation per standards.
• Develop and execute claims strategies considering uncertainty and costs.
