Job summary

Beazley is seeking a Claims Manager for Employment Practices Liability to independently manage end-to-end EPL claims. You will oversee a diverse portfolio, assess coverage, and coordinate with brokers, insureds, and underwriters to resolve claims in line with Beazley’s standards.

The role requires EPL claims experience, a college degree (JD preferred), and licenses as needed. The position supports Beazley’s vision as a leading specialty insurer, with emphasis on governance, strategy, and client

Qualifications

• College degree; J.D. preferred but not required.
• Three or more years’ EPL claims management experience.
• Adjuster licenses may be required and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of Employment Practices Liability claims.
• Handle claims from first notice of loss through resolution, assessing severity and costs.
• Evaluate policy coverage and draft clear coverage position letters.
• Manage portfolio of high-severity claims including Category 2 and some Category 1.
• Maintain claims records in line with Beazley’s controls and regulatory minimums.
