Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a senior-level Epic Willow Analyst III to lead the Willow Ambulatory system across pharmacy operations.

You will drive system enhancements, partner with leadership on initiatives, oversee performance, and ensure long-term success while mentoring staff in Willow workflows. The role requires deep Epic Willow expertise, healthcare analytics experience, and strong communication with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or PharmD or informatics related field required.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory/inventory certs preferred; 3+ yrs Willow experience.
• Experience with data analysis, database and project management tools.
• Clinical/healthcare setting experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialized support to pharmacy staff across care continuum.
• Lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Willow Ambulatory system.
• Educate pharmacy staff and clinicians on Willow system usage.
